Purchasing – Accounts Payable

Business Partners
The Business Partners module handles all information related to your relationships with customers, vendors, and leads (related parties), and facilitates the management and review of internal reconciliations for business partners. For instance, common information includes contact persons, addresses, payment terms, financial data, and logistics details.
SAP Business One create line between business partners and G/L accounts via control accounts, which are defined during system setup and can differ for each business partner. All sales and purchasing transactions are recorded in the relevant control accounts, allowing you to view the overall balance in a general ledger account, as well as the balances of customers and vendors. You can also access the balance for an individual customer or vendor.
Inventory
