If I were to describe the SAP Business One in short I would say it is All in One. It interlinks and integrates all Business Processes in a single platform and provides real-time insights of all activities through display mode and analytical reports.

Administration :

It is the Foundation of the ERP system that contains the settings to run the SAP Business One in an Organization. This is the  module where you basically defining the set ups and masters that will make the base for the SAP, such as defining the  Company details, Currency, exchange rate, documents settings, Document Numbers, Posting Periods, period end closing, user creation, authorization , approval processing , email setting , alert management, change password, , default tax groups, GST determination, withholding tax, Tax Declaration basis , ware house, item groups, unit of measure, item properties and so many other  set up for Financials, Sales, Purchase and Inventory.

Basically, this module is where external application is interacting with SAP B1. We will run through these functions during the detailed Demo session.

Financials : 

It includes all the functions and reports required for the company’s accounting and financial operations. Contains all tax-related reports as per regulations in each country, and allows you to document all financial and accounting transactions. Chart of Accounts, JV, Posting Templates, Recurring Posts, Financial Reports, Budget Management, Cost Accounting, Payments(Incoming/Outgoing), Payment run, Bank statement processing , Fixed Assets and more.

CRM : 

Customer Relationship Management(CRM) module allows you to manage Customer engagements starting from Lead generation to Sales Order.  Includes the activities such as managing lead stages, quotes, campaigning, customer master updation and more.

Opportunities :

This module offers features such as opportunity and pipeline management.

Sales A/R :

This module covers the entire sales process starting from Leads to receipt of payment against sales invoice. Opportunity and pipeline management, contact management, activities management, campaign management, blanket agreements, quotations, Purchase Order, Deliveries, returns, Invoices, Prices , discounts, customer management, gross profit calculation and SAP Business One offers a complete set of sales documents, each corresponding to a specific stage in the sales workflow.

Purchasing – A/P : 

SAP Business One allows you to oversee the complete purchasing process, from purchase orders to the processing of vendor invoices. Purchase Request, Purchase Quotation, PO, GR, Goods Returns, A/P Invoices, AP Reserve Invoices, Down Payment Invoice request, cancel marketing documents, A/P credit memos, Import process and enable workflow at relevant stages .

Business Partners :

The Business Partners module handles all information related to your relationships with customers, vendors and leads.

Banking :

Use this component to handle all financial transactions related to bank accounts. It Takes care the transaction related to Incoming Payment, Out going payment, Bank statement upload, bank reconciliation, house bank maintenance and more.

Inventory :

Utilize the Stock module to enhance and efficiently manage inventory. Item Management, Item lists, Price Lists, GR, Goods Issue, Inventory transactions, Transfers, Serial number management, batch number management, Pick and Pack, recurring transactions, inventory tracking, multiple measurement, inventory counting . along with so many other functions.

Resources :

This module enable the business to manage the resources other than inventory used in Production process such Machine, Labor and others.  Includes Machine and Labor master data, managing capacity of each resource, resource planning , setting up daily internal capacity and weekly capacity. This function plays a  very important role in the  manufacturing process.
Production :

Use the SAP Business One Production module to manage the entire production process through system driven automated process. Predominant functions are Bills of Material, item sets, Production Orders, Goods Issue, Goods Receipts, Production Dash Boards, GL Account determination, Life Cycle Management, item cost calculations, Forecasts, MRP, Drop ship, Make to Order and Order recommendations.

MRP :

The Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module allows you to plan material requirements  for production or supply processes by reassessing current inventory, demand, and supplies. It allows Period base Forecast management, Demand/Forecast base planning, Order recommendation and more.

Service :

If your company provides services to its customers, you can manage all activities related to these services using the service component in SAP Business One. Major functions are Service Management, Service planning, Tracking across multiple customer interactions, equipment card handling, service dashboards, mobile interactions, recurring transactions, HR integration, knowledge database, service calendar and service call processing.

Human Resources :

Utilize the Human Resources module to input and manage employee information within the company, while also performing the following related tasks.

Project Management :
